Policies SHIPPING & HANDLING: We ship USPS Priority Mail and they normally deliver packages in an average of 2 to 3 days. (This is not guaranteed.) All items are carefully inspected and shipped in a durable padded envelope. The shipping and handling fee for each item is provided with the item description. We do not provide international shipping. PAYMENT: We accept credit cards through Pay Pal and charges will be made when the order is ready to ship. We do not allow shipping addresses different from the billing address on your credit card. We also accept checks and money orders and your item will be shipped upon clearance of your check. PRICES: Due to the constant increase in supplies used to create our designs, prices are subject to change without prior notice. RETURNS: We will refund unused and undamaged merchandise and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned merchandise will be inspected for damage, alterations and wear prior to a refund being issued. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping & handling fees and excluding restocking fees.
